my frustration I just wanted to express my frustration with my order and service from last month. I ordered floating frames because I had some canvases I wanted to put between two pieces of glass to display and my online research showed that's what they were called. When my order arrived I was surprised to find that floating frames means something else on this website and of course I couldn't return them. So I was out $300. I also didn't receive all of the pieces to hang the other regular frames I had ordered and when I called, the woman on the phone didn't believe me at first and then never sent the supplies she promised. I bought them at Loews last week. I've worked with several online frame shops the last few years but this has been the worst experience.

Ann, Toronto | Many thanks Just received my second order - this time it was for two floating frames that, like the first order, were slightly oversized as I had requested because I wanted a 1/2\" gap rather than the standard 1/4\" gap. The frames were perfect and I easily mounted the paintings with the hardware provided in about an hour - and they look great. At about half the cost of having them done by a frame shop I am very pleased. Many thanks, James.
